The event

two days with the owners who decide

Our Glasgow live event brings Louise's mastermind members together in person: established dance and theatre school owners, many bringing a key member of their team. These are the people who choose the software, the suppliers and the products their schools run on.

"This is not advertising. It is a warm introduction to a room full of dance business owners who are actively investing in their businesses."

Meet Our Team

Sarah-Marie McDevitt

School Success Coach

Hi, I’m Sarah-Marie McDevitt, a School Success Coach within the Dance Business Coach community. I’ve progressed through the Academy and Mastermind myself, so I truly understand what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next step, and what’s possible on the other side of that.

In my role, I support members through 1:1 planning and Unstuck calls, creating clear, practical action plans and offering steady support behind the scenes. I’m passionate about helping Dance Business Owners find focus, confidence, and momentum, and I get genuine joy from seeing others succeed in ways that feel right for them.

I believe every Dance Business Owner deserves to feel successful on their own terms, and I’m proud to support you on that journey.

Meet Our Team

Hailey Black

School Success Coach

Hello fellow DBO’s! My name is Hailey Black and I am thrilled to be apart of Dance Business Coach team as a School Success Coach.

When I first met Louise, I was doing it all -and I mean everything. I was a one-woman band: teaching classes, visiting schools, answering messages, planning events and hunting down missing ballet shoes…you name it, it was on me. I was undercharging, constantly stressed and running on empty.

Fast forward to now – with the support of Louise, her team and this incredible community – I have transformed my business. I’ve stepped back from teaching most nights, opened a second location and have built a small-but-mighty team of teachers & admin support (most of which are ex-students!). Most importantly… I’ve fallen back in love with my school, the freedom it brings, and the opportunities it creates.

I can’t wait to help other DBO’s go from burn out to breakthrough – and build a business they truly love.

Meet Our Team

Ashley Crookston

School Success Coach

Hi everyone, I’m Ashley Crookston, and I’m so incredibly grateful to be part of The Dance Business Coaching team.

It honestly feels like I’ve been part of this community forever, and I can’t imagine my life or business without it now. What Louise has built is truly special, and I feel so privileged to be a small part of something that has changed not only my business, but me as a person.

If I were to meet the version of myself from before joining this community, I genuinely wouldn’t recognise her. Through this journey, I’ve gained confidence to push outside my comfort zone, back myself, and lead with belief rather than fear.

Like so many DBOs at the beginning, I did everything. I taught every night, handled all the admin, planned shows and events, and worked myself into the ground while barely paying myself. Now, I run my dance school as a business. I’ve stepped back from the timetable, built an amazing team of staff who care deeply about our dancers and our values, and created a business that works around me and my family, not the other way around.

It means so much to me that I now get to support other DBOs on this same journey, helping them see what’s possible, step into their leadership, and build a business that truly supports the life they want to live.

Meet Our Team

Caitlin Todd

Operations & Growth Manager

My role involves supporting the team, but also all the DBOs and their teams where they need it. I’m there for coaching, content and the general day to day of the business. I’ve got such a passion for the business side of things after originally training in dance so it’s super exciting to work with lots of ambitious business owners.

I’m also Studio Manager for Louise’s school so I’m actively trying and testing everything to bring back to our members.

I absolutely love the community and I’m so grateful to call this my job. It’s a crazy journey but one we’re all loving!

Meet Our Team

Rebecca Todd-Mclean

Customer Experience Coordinator

Hi, I’m Rebecca I’m the Customer Experience Coordinator here at The Dance Business Coach, and my role is all about making sure you feel supported, organised, and cared for from the moment you join us.

I welcome new members into the community, help DBOs get booked onto calls, guide you to the right training, and keep our online members areas running smoothly. I also plan and coordinate our in person events and team travel, support partnerships and sponsorships, and work as part of the outreach team. Behind the scenes, I track payments, milestones, and progress, and I love celebrating your wins along the way. I’m also very much the mum of the team, helping everything run calmly and smoothly so you can focus on reaching your goals. You can always come to me for anything. My aim is for you to feel safe, supported, and genuinely looked after every step of the way.
